HOW TO MAKE OUR SIGNATURE NO5 BELLE ROUGE COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS:
50ml Belvedere Vodka
25ml vanilla sugar
25ml lemon juice
25ml raspberry puree
20ml egg white
METHOD:
Add all ingredients to Boston shaker
Dry shake
Add ice
Wet shake
Double strain into coupe glass
Sprinkle with cocoa powder to serve
